Changes to Supported Operating Systems of Appsnaut

SCSK is announcing changes to the supported OS of Appsnaut.

On August 30, 2019 we will stop supporting Appsnaut Launcher on iOS and Android.
Appsnaut Launcher on Windows will continue to support.
